Laura!! I just got my very first impression that Connor looks like Bill! When I got to that last picture of Connor after seeing the one of you all with Mom-mom Ritter, I thought "Bill!' But in all the others I still see a "little Phil", but he's a "little Bill" too. I'm sorry I missed you at church over Christmas - I didn't get to "the other side" before missing you all.
