Easter Re-Cap

Palm Sunday - we do an Easter Egg hunt with the kids after the service. 
This is the best picture I have of the two of them with their eggs... Brooke's face cracks me up!

Connor got to "sleep out" while we were away - his own little tent and everything.  He loved it!

Grandparents come for a visit!

This month both sets of grandparents headed our way for a weekend visit!

weekend #1

I dragged everyone out to the Hanover Fire Department Museum.

The guy had a lot to say, and we tried to be patient listeners.  ;)

decorating Easter Egg cookies takes lots of concentration!

After chick-fil-a and toys-r-us (!!!!!) and then dinner out that same night, Connor declared it was one of the best days of his life.  hehe :)

These shoes are the only hand-me-down from Connor to Brooke.

We've waited a while for them to fit - but bring on the sneaker wearing!!!

she cracks. us. up.

She sings and plays the xylophone we have for the tub.  Then claps for herself.

I also managed to capture the "hand" she does very often.  When I ask her if she's done, you'll see it - she's asking me to wait a minute.  She never does it to be sassy - just being her adorable self.  ;)

Pittsburgh re-cap

We had a fun visit to Pittsburgh while watching Chloe, April, and Peter for a few days.  Connor's birthday was that week so we celebrated there with family.  Not as much snow as Hanover received in the blizzard of 2016, but we had enough to sled!

after a delicious rice/chili/cheese dinner we had birthday dessert!
